Every year, Siren Craft Brew marks another anniversary with Maiden — a barrel-aged barley wine that draws from the world's finest wine and spirit casks. The 2025 vintage is a rich, contemplative pour that rewards patience and curiosity in equal measure.

Pour it into a tulip glass and watch the deep mahogany hue catch the light. The aroma opens with floral notes and ripe red fruit before settling into toffee and toasted almonds. On the palate, a biscuity backbone carries a compelling sweet and savoury tension, finishing with warming notes of spiced carrot cake.
