Using some fresh hops from the Statek Vodňanský hop farm in Czechia. The farm has a rich family history, from being confiscated at the beginning of World War 2 and lost again under Soviet occupation. The Vodňanský family emigrated to Vienna until the Velvet Revolution, where they were able to reclaim the farm, which was now left in ruins.
