Simple Wheat Thing is a young, mixed fermentation beer that has been fermented and conditioned in stainless steel.  A delicate beer with fruity esters, low bitterness and clean acidity.  This beer will pick up complexity over time.

N.B this is the stainless steel version of the Barrel Aged Simple Wheat Thing.
