West Coast Pilsner

A fresh West Coast Pilsner. Using some fresh hops from the Statek Vodňanský hop farm in Czechia. The farm has a rich family history, from being confiscated at the beginning of World War 2 and lost again under Soviet occupation. The Vodňanský family emigrated to Vienna until the Velvet Revolution, where they were able to reclaim the farm, which was now left in ruins. Decades of regeneration and the farm passing down through the family, the farm is fully focused on operating efficient, responsible agriculture that is friendly to nature, animals, and people. 

The beer is a classic pilsner malt base, keeping the liquid bright and crisp, loaded up with Czech hops Saaz T90, layering woody notes of bergamot on top of wild flowers, ripe melon and tangy fresh citrus from the Lorien whacked into the hop gun.
