A very special beer with Omnipollo and to borrow one of their favourite tricks: fruit adjuncts! For our first-ever collab with them, we’ve created a DIPA bursting with fruit character and dank pungency. It’s loaded with Mosaic, Nectaron, and Eclipse hops, plus a cheeky hit of passion fruit purée added during fermentation.
