Bubbleheads / Brut IPA / 5.0%

This champagne-inspired IPA has been brewed using exogenous enzymes to allow all the residual sugars in the beer to be fermented, giving a bone-dry finish. The lighter body is paired with an energetic effervescence, each bubble carrying aromas of sweet citrus fruits and floral notes from additions of Amarillo and Cashmere hops.

Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Malted Wheat, Hops, Yeast, Amyloglucosidase.
