Galaxy Mosaic IPA was the beer that put our fledgling brewery on the map, and we’ve brought that recipe forward to give it a wholly 2024 Polly’s treatment in Cosmo Forest.

Bright, punchy clementines, pomelo, and a berry medley play off spiky citrus and tropical notes in this homage to the ones that were there from the start, with no idea what a special brewery they were about to get themselves into.
