Mixed Fermentation Ale
This is a simple beer brewed with wheat that was fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture or yeast and bacteria. Aged in oak, it is a blend of multiple barrels, some containing fruit, to create the balance and fruit character that we are aiming for. Bright, clean and tart.
