As one of the most sought after hops in the world at the present time, we’ve been itching to get our hands on Eggers Special and as soon as we opened the bag on delivery we could tell why.

A late-harvested Riwaka, moulded and defined by the natural stresses of the Moutere Valley it grows in, this is possibly one of the most stunning hops we’ve ever had the privilege to brew with.

Huge notes of bright pineapple with candied lime peel, sweet passionfruit cake and an underlying dankness make Empty Frames possibly the best IPA we’ve ever brewed here at Polly’s.
