Hazy IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe, plus an addition of Phantasm
Spiced ginger cake and tender cantaloupe entice you in, accompanied by clean citrus and crisp mint, leading you to delicious white grapes straight out the freezer ( courtesy of the Phantasm(TM) ).
Whilst this IPA hits various flavour points, it’s the superbly dank, classically heady overtones that really deliver with a fantastically complex, long finish.
