Fermented with an experimental yeast strain selected for its ability to build voluptuous body and ripe tropical fruit flavours, Hum punches well above its weight. Expect notes of stone fruit, citrus zest, and fresh herbs with a soft, rounded finish that keeps you coming back for more.
