Mead & Wild Ale Blend made with Gosnell's
For this unique collaboration with Gosnells, we aged mead in bourbon barrels for six months before blending with three-year-aged foudre beer and spontaneous beer conditioned on second use chuckleberries. It was primed with orange blossom honey prior to bottling. Juicy, herbal and complex, balancing honey sweetness with a clean, dry finish.
