The apex predator of the series, and a beast that has been unleashed in the form of Polly's Brew Co's most hop-saturated DIPA to date. Komodo sits at the top as the rightful king of  DIPAs and for good reason – they’ve brought the very freshest crops of Riwaka, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin direct from the farms and boy does it show in the freshness of this beer. Positively dripping with heavily saturated notes of passionfruit, fresh cut grapefruit, yellow peach, and fresh crushed gooseberries, this beer keeps things in balance with an underlying undercurrent of lychee, sage, and diesel to boot. A monster of a beer, and a beast that they’ve barely been able to tame.
