DIPA

Named for the goddess who walks between worlds, Persephone is a beer of two halves -  ethereal and grounded, delicate and devastating. Mortalis have crafted a New England DIPA that feels almost mythological in the glass.

Hazy, luminous, and impossibly soft. Expect waves of tropical stone fruit, white peach, and ripe citrus, carried on a pillowy body that makes 8.0% feel like a whisper. The finish lingers like a myth you can't quite shake. 🍑🌿
