Golden Sour with Kumquat and Greek Mountain Tea
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Seven Island brewery, we blended a super citrussy base beer, brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats and primary fermented with Brettanomyces.
Seven Islands brought us wild local ingredients from Greece which we added post fermentation, kumquat from Corfu and wild mountain tea from Mount Olympus. We celebrated the collaboration at classic Dundee pub – The Phoenix, which seemed like a fitting name.
Drink now or age, this will get weirder.
