Some beers ask you to slow down. Fear is the Enemy dares you to lean in. Fidens Brewing Co. - one of New York's most revered haze houses have pushed their New England craft to its absolute limit with this Triple IPA, a beer that commands respect from the first pour to the final sip.

It lands in the glass a deep, luminous amber-gold, thick with haze and crowned with a dense, persistent head. The nose is immediate and intoxicating: overripe tropical fruit, fresh-cut mango, papaya, and a wave of dank resinous pine that reminds you exactly what you're dealing with.

On the palate, the weight is immense but never clumsy. Layers of stone fruit, candied citrus peel, and a rich, almost oily hop character build across the tongue, underpinned by a soft, pillowy body that belies the 10.5% ABV. The finish is long, warm, and quietly bitter - a reminder that this is a beer of serious intent.
