A grain bill made up of Heidelberg & heritage Golden Promise malt for a golden hue & a touch of honeyed sweetness. Hopped throughout the boil with whole cone Simcoe hops & backed up by two other classic US varieties there's layers of flavour to this crisp, clean pale ale. Going heavy on Cascade in the dry-hop brings an intense citrus character with a touch of signature pacific bitterness, while Centennial adds a floral punch.
